GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Oversees a team of loan officers that develop and maintain relationships with commercial lending clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Indirectly manages relationships with a portfolio of assigned commercial clients.
• Oversees a team that meets with clients, assesses financial needs and goals, recommends loans or loan products, and makes referrals to other lines of business.
• May approve large or complex loans or loans with unusual terms.
• Responds to and resolves complex inquiries related to customer accounts and executes and verifies transactions upon request.
• Seeks to expand client base through referrals and growth of assigned accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of experience, including some prior management experience.
