The role…

As a Commercial Loan Officer, you serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Using a proven methodology that allows you to engage in meaningful conversations with the business partners to better understand their needs. By having conversations, you will be able to serve business partners with the right products at the right time.

  • Build positive relationships
  • Earn and develop business partners trust to retain long-term connections
  • Analyze and manage an existing loan portfolio
  • Actively cross-sell credit union products
  • Collect and analyze financials to review and determine their creditworthiness
  • Responsible for understanding Arkansas Federal products and services in order to enhance member experience

  • Passionate and sincerely concerned for others
  • Knowledge of business lending models and products with a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience
  • Educated with at least a four-year college degree or equivalent
