  • Overview

     

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

    The primary function of this position is to ensure outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members by the coordination of the enhancement and implementation of new processes as they relate to Payment Solutions by working closely in project teams and groups and with various individuals, vendors, and other departments.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Required to have a thorough knowledge of the Visa Rules & Regulations.

     

    1. Required to have a thorough knowledge of other regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance standards for ATM, credit, and debit cards, ATM machines, Share Branching, and checking accounts.

     

    1. Access, maintain, and monitor various reports and spreadsheets associated with ATMs, Share Branching, plastic card processing and disputes, and checking accounts.

     

    1. Assess and process plastic card disputes from members for debit and credit card charges and fraud.

     

    1. Assess and process ATM card and ATM machine withdrawal errors for members and non-members.

     

    1. Work with vendors on the maintenance and balancing of the ATMs.

     

    1. Research all Share Branching issues and request and then process adjustments as needed through the Share Branch Network.

     

    1. Respond to requests, questions, and concerns through email and over the phone for internal and external members.

     

    1. Reset passwords and update roles in the various systems as necessary.

     

    1. Required to work in multiple systems at a time.

     

    1. Responsible for the data entry of the general ledger (GL) accounts for the Payment Solutions department.

     

    1. Responsible for submitting GL vouchers for posting to Accounting as needed.

     

    1. Required to be a point-of-contact and to work closely with the Payment Solutions' vendors.

     

    1. Coordinate and place ATM service calls to Diebold.

     

    1. Post monetary and account maintenance transactions accurately to member accounts.

     

    1. Must possess strong organizational skills.

     

    1. Working hours will most commonly be Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm but additional hours and weekends may be required based on departmental needs.

     

    1. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
